I wanted to share some fashion illustration tutorials that I found a while ago and think they are very VERY useful... They are on youtube. The illustrator teaches how to draw and render many aspects of fashion. She is very good and she explains exactly what to do and what to use to do that.

For me, the most useful parts are when she shows how to render different fabrics like satin, chiffon, lace, fur, suede, plaid, etc. She shows how to illustrate folds and pleats. She uses a variety of media such as pencils, inks, pens, markers and Gouache, to give a great final result.

For those of you who watched it, have you notice her filling in the areas with a Q-tip and some kind of ink? It gives a very even effect and then she lays details on top with prisma pencils and various markers...
